We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • For hygiene reasons, used bedding items cannot be returned

Our team will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item.
